About
The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) provides comfort, care, and resources to all those grieving the death of a military loved one. Services include a 24/7 National Military Survivor Helpline, peer-based emotional support, grief counseling referrals, casework assistance, and community events including Good Grief Camps for children. TAPS has supported over 100,000 surviving family members since 1994.
Eligibility
Open to anyone grieving the death of a service member or veteran, regardless of the cause of death, relationship to the deceased, or era of service.

Call the TAPS helpline at (800) 959-TAPS (8277) at any time for immediate support. You can also visit taps.org to connect with a peer mentor, find local events, or register for a TAPS seminar or Good Grief Camp for children.
