What We Collect
Pitbull 214 collects only what you give us. Specifically:
- Newsletter signups: email address and optional first name.
- Guest applications: the answers you provide in our questionnaires, your contact info, and an optional photo.
- Resource Finder: your state, service era, disability rating, need categories, and ZIP code. This is used once to personalize your results and stored anonymously for aggregate analytics.
- Site analytics: aggregated, anonymous traffic data via Plausible Analytics. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no tracking across sites.
How We Use It
- To send you content you signed up for (newsletter, lead magnets).
- To evaluate guest applications and schedule podcast interviews.
- To improve the Resource Finder by understanding what veterans are looking for.
- We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of vendors who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI-powered resource matching). Each is bound by their own privacy terms.
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in every email. You can request your submission data be deleted by contacting Rick directly at (937) 604-5637.
