Eligibility
Must be a disabled veteran, Medal of Honor recipient, or former prisoner of war. Must be an Ohio resident with a watercraft registered in the state.
How to Access
Visit your county title office or the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to register your watercraft. Present documentation of your disability rating, Medal of Honor status, or former POW status along with standard registration paperwork. The registration fee will be waived.
