Military OneSource is a DoD-funded program providing free, confidential support to service members, veterans within one year of separation, and their families. Services include non-medical counseling (up to 12 sessions), financial counseling, tax preparation assistance, relocation support, and spouse employment help. Available 24/7 by phone, online, and through in-person consultations.
Eligibility
Active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members (regardless of activation status), veterans within 365 days of separation or retirement, and family members of all eligible groups.

Call (800) 342-9647 at any time to speak with a consultant. You can also visit militaryonesource.mil to access online resources, schedule counseling sessions, and use self-service tools. No referral or enrollment is needed.
