Eligibility
Must have sustained an injury during military service after October 7, 2001. Injuries include physical wounds, TBI, and PTSD. Must be an Ohio resident.
How to Access
Apply through the Ohio Department of Veterans Services. Provide documentation of your service-connected injury, including VA medical records or a disability rating letter. Submit your DD-214 and proof of Ohio residency with the application.
